Plot Summary

As the rest of the wagon train moves on, Clay and a small group—including the gruff Tobias Taylor (Chill Wills), the preacher Bently (Henry Hull), and the spirited Amy Connors (Cathy Downs)—must repair the wagon and survive.
Tensions rise as the group debates whether to use the rifles for defense or trade them to the Comanches for safe passage.
