The Gun Runners (1958)

Plot Overview
Murphy plays Sam Martin, a charter boat captain in the Florida Keys struggling to keep his business afloat. Pressured by debt and a failing economy, Sam is lured into smuggling guns to Cuba by the smooth-talking and ruthless Hanagan (played by Eddie Albert). As Sam becomes entangled in the murky world of arms dealing, he must navigate betrayal, violence, and the threat of losing everything—including his wife, Lucy (Patricia Owens).
